This course has been designed after taking inputs from the industry as to what is relevant for being a web based application development specialist on .NET platform.

We strongly believe that every individual that gets trained with us is going to be doing actual product development.  So, there is no point in teaching them in an environment which is not going to add any value to their learning.  We have tried to create an environment that resembles the actual development environment very closely.  All the machines are in a Client-Server environment where the development code gets stored on the server and is shared among students working on the same module.  The development environment resembles a conference room, that enhances communication between peers, allows for group discussion to be conducted without the change of environment, presentations etc.  Students undergo learning in a way actual development happens which helps students learn quickly with a flair of a real-time environment.

A working professional can share his real-life experiences that a trained faculty cannot.  And we want to add value to the learning of students in every possible way we can, and so all the faculty we have are industry professionals who are ready to share whatever they have learnt.  Every individual in our team works for the betterment for its students and see education as a way to serve the industry, students and the people involved.

Virtually every IT company is growing and catering to clients from across the globe.  Projects have been mission-critical and time bound and many other issues that require the companies to have every employee of the company work as a team.  There are other requirements like presentations, interactions with clients, meetings, project discussions, group discussions etc that require lot of outside world communication.  The image of the company is dependent on its employees so mostly all companies, whatever their size is requires their employees to possess general soft skills like presentation skills, group discussion, teamwork, etc.  This is a silent observation during any interview process and we tend to impart these skills to individuals so that they can contribute to the overall development of the company and create a healthy working environment.

All the client machines have 17” LCD monitors, Intel Pentium D Dual Core 3.0 Ghz, 100 GB SATA HDD, 1 GB RAM, etc. and are running all the latest software with all current updates so as to allow development of applications on the latest safe release so that the applications are also safe, sound and secure as far as the development modules are concerned.  The training/development room has been developed as a meeting room with every student/developer having direct eye contact with his peers.  The advantage this model provides is that it enhances communication among them and they can also indulge in group discussion without changing their environment and attracting distraction.
