URADICS is an Ahmedabad based Indian IT Training Institute and IT Outsourcing services provider.  Driven by high demand in the current industry and with the sole objective to help students and the industry; URADICS’s innovative methods of grooming also promises a secure and rewarding career in the IT industry and a steady supply of skilled employable manpower to the industry. Our objective is to enhance employability skills; by imparting skills training so as to raise the levels of employability in an individual to make him acceptable as a skilled manpower.  Current industry reports suggest huge gaps in the employability of freshers as a result of which companies are facing continuous manpower shortage.  The Information Technology industry is on an upswing and there are signs of rising market, as a result of which there has been a steady demand for skilled manpower.  Unfortunately the tens of thousands of students being churned out of our universities are not up to industry standards and thus are not employable.  Their skills need re-training by teaching them what is required as per the current industry standards.
